Evergreen is proud to be a Nuts & Bolts Member School; by partnering with this elite community of school, we have taken what is considered advance education and given it to our students at the undergraduate level.
In 2009, our students competed in the National Cosmetology Associate ‘Student Day of Success’ in Portland, Oregon. Our students competed against schools from both Washington and Oregon, placing in 9 out of the 10 different categories that our students entered! Overall, Evergreen took home a 1st place finish and brought the trophy back to Washington!
We were also voted the Business of the Year by the Everett Business & Professionals Women’s Society for our successful contributions in empowering women in business.
In addition to learning cutting edge technical skills, you will also undergo an 8 week business training program focusing on marketing, customer development, retail and strategic models on building your business system. Whether your goal is to open up your own business, or find a salon, shop or spa and build a business within a business, our business program will empower and give you a competitive advantage in entering the field.

Evergreen has assembled an incredible education team to assist your launch into a new career.
Our education staff has included salon, shop and spa owners and managers, specialized brand educators, to salon consultants and
leaders of complementary industries. The business training program is taught by educators that hold degrees in business or have
managed or owned salons and spas. Your department educators have strong industry experience; a number of your educators are still
currently and actively involved in the industry as stylist or as educators for licensed professionals. Each educator has a mission:
give you the tools and opportunities to be in the 10 percent of the industry .

History of Entrepreneurs: Over
200+ of our alumni have started their own business and of those a number have
created business that are consider local leaders in the industry. Some
business include: Sense Nail Salon, Supreme Cutz, FiZek's Barbershop, Ashley's
Salon
